Inspired by a love of making strategies for psychological wellness available to as many people as possible and a strong belief in social responsibility through accessible psychoeducation, I created The Strategies For Your WHOLE Life free educational presentation series.
These one and a half hour presentations will help you illuminate key issues in your current life and relationships. You'll come away with some new personal insights and feel inspired to start making the changes you need to make to have the life and relationships you've been dreaming of.
Whether you attend for you, or for someone you love, you will leave with new information and concrete tools grounded in clinical research - and practical experience - to help you take action now.
All sessions are held at my Herald Street office unless otherwise noted.
